Your SKOGGERS article is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase under the following terms and conditions:
•The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase of the article.
•The warranty only comes into force with a valid proof of purchase with a clear date of purchase.
•During the warranty period we will repair a manufacturing defect free of charge.
•In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your wooden article, we guarantee its replacement with a new article of the same or similar model.
•If your original SKOGGERS sunglasses style has been discontinued or is no longer available, you will be prompted to select a new style based on your original style.
•In the event that the damage is not due to a defect in material or manufacturing additional repair charges may apply. In this event, you will receive notification of additional charges through email or letter.
•The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water damage or scratched wood surface, loss or theft. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty. Alteration, misuse, abuse, or installation of other lenses will void this warranty.
